RotaBall is published by STNC. This policy describes how we handle information for the RotaBall mobile apps, the browser demo on rotaball.stnc.com, and this website.

Summary

• The puzzle itself has no accounts, no ads, and no third-party tracking.
• Progress is stored on your device (or in your browser’s local storage for the demo).
• The only personal data we collect on this site is what you send through the contact form.

Game and demo data

When you play RotaBall on iOS, Android, or the web demo, the app or browser may store preferences (music, sound, colour marks) and level progress locally. That data stays on the device unless you clear the app data or browser storage. We do not receive it.

Contact form

If you use the support form, we receive your name, email address, message, and the approximate technical details our host records with the request (such as IP address and time). We use this only to reply and to operate support. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Messages are delivered by email to STNC. Retention follows ordinary email practice; you may ask us to delete a conversation by writing to the same address.

Store links and hosting

This site is hosted for STNC. Standard web-server logs may record IP addresses and requested URLs for security and reliability. App Store and Google Play are separate services with their own policies when you download the apps.

Children

RotaBall is a puzzle suitable for ages 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except when a parent or guardian contacts us through the support form.

Your choices

To ask a question, request deletion of a support email thread, or raise a privacy concern, use the support page or email team@stnc.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product or hosting changes. The date above will be revised.
